Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery after dispatch, unless otherwise stated.

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes. The customer is responsible for payment of any such charges.
8. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
8.1
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
8.2
To cancel an order, you must notify us by email or telephone within the cancellation period.
8.3
If you have received the goods, you must take reasonable care of them and return them at your own expense, unless the item is faulty, incorrectly delivered, or otherwise stated.
8.4
Returned goods must be complete and returned without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after notifying us of cancellation.
8.5
We reserve the right to recover any reasonable costs incurred if goods are not returned or are returned at our expense without authorisation.
8.6
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that the goods have been sent back, using the original method of payment.
8.7 Cancellation Exclusions
You do not have the right to cancel orders for:

8.8 Loss of Right to Cancel

combine goods with other items so they cannot be separated.
9. Warranty
9.1
All products supplied by TSCOnline are covered by a 12-month warranty, unless otherwise stated.
9.2
If a fault develops within 30 days of delivery, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement once the product has been returned to us for assessment and fault verification.
9.3
If a fault develops after 30 days but within the 12-month warranty period, the product must be returned for inspection, serial number verification, and confirmation of the fault. Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will arrange a repair or replacement, at our discretion.
9.4
If a product is returned as faulty and no manufacturing fault is found, or the fault is caused by misuse, accidental damage, or another excluded reason, no refund of the product or postage costs will be issued.
9.5
The warranty does not cover faults or damage caused by:

accidental damage;
-
misuse or neglect;
-
fair wear and tear;
-
tampering or unauthorised repair;
-
use outside the UK or Ireland;
-
use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.
9.6
Batteries and consumable items are excluded from the 12-month warranty. Batteries supplied with refurbished products are tested to ensure they hold a charge at the time of dispatch, but maximum manufacturer-stated battery life cannot be guaranteed.
10. Loyalty Points
10.1 Loyalty Points may be redeemed against orders placed on TSCOnline.co.uk.
10.2 Up to 100% of an order’s value may be redeemed using Loyalty Points.
10.3 Loyalty Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.
11. Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
