Returns, Cancellations & Warranty Policy
These terms apply to all purchases made through TSCOnline.co.uk, operated by HB Technologies Ltd.
Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.

You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.
Returns During the Cooling-Off Period

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated

Items must be returned complete, including all accessories

Products should be in a condition suitable for resale
We may make a deduction from your refund if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and function.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, including the original standard delivery charge (where applicable), within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
12-Month Warranty
(Excludes batteries and consumable items)
All products sold by TSCOnline are supplied with a 12-month warranty, unless otherwise stated.
Faulty Goods – Within 30 Days of Delivery
If your item develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, please contact support@tsconline.co.uk.
Once the item has been returned and inspected, we will offer one of the following remedies in line with your statutory rights:

A full refund, including the original delivery charge, or

A replacement product
Where required by law, reasonable return postage costs will also be refunded.
Faulty Goods – After 30 Days (Up to 12 Months)
If a fault develops after 30 days but within the warranty period, please contact us by email or telephone.
The product must be returned for inspection and fault verification.
If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair or replacement, at our discretion.
If a repair or replacement is not possible or is unsuccessful, alternative remedies may be available in accordance with your statutory rights.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover faults or damage caused by:

Accidental damage

Misuse, neglect, or abnormal use

Fair wear and tear

Unauthorised repairs or modifications

Use outside the UK or Ireland

Failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions
If no manufacturing fault is found, or the issue is excluded under the warranty, the product will be returned to you and postage costs may not be refunded.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Batteries & Refurbished Products
Batteries are classed as consumable items and are not covered by the 12-month warranty.
Refurbished products are supplied with tested batteries to confirm they hold a charge at the time of dispatch. Battery life may reduce over time and replacement may be required during normal use.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer legislation.
