Delivery Methods
We aim to dispatch orders using the most appropriate delivery service based on the size, weight, and contents of your order.

Orders over £50 are normally sent via Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD free of charge

Spare parts are normally sent via Royal Mail 1st Class (smaller items) or Royal Mail 48hr (larger items)

Orders under £50 (excluding spare parts) are sent via Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD at a charge of £3.95

Orders containing lithium batteries must be sent via Parcelforce 24 – Next Working Day, charged at £9.99 (including VAT), in line with carrier and safety regulations

Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 working days from dispatch

Parcelforce 24 deliveries are next working day after dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are normally dispatched the same working day
